I’m Mariah Baltezegar, founder of Seloura Consulting. For more than two decades, I’ve built my career at the intersection of clinical development, operations, and innovation leading large global teams, driving transformation, and creating strategies that make research more efficient and patient-centered.
My work has spanned across rare disease studies, real-world evidence, and decentralized trial models, always with a focus on reducing burden for patients, caregivers, and sites. I’ve guided organizations through growth, technology adoption, and operational change balancing strategy with the practical execution needed to make progress real.
